Performance-based stipends are available for select domains and project types. All interns receive a verifiable certificate, placement support, and — if eligible — a Letter of Recommendation. These often translate to paid opportunities faster than a traditional job search.
No. Our onboarding is designed to bring you up to speed regardless of your starting point. We evaluate applications based on intent and availability — not prior expertise. The internship is where you build that expertise.
Yes — individual applications are always open. If you'd like PaceX to formally partner with your college, share your coordinator's contact and we'll reach out within 72 hours.
Most programs hand you a certificate at the end. We focus on what happens before that: real project work, weekly mentor check-ins, and measurable outcomes. Our 87% placement rate is the result of that structure — not a talking point.
We provide all documentation colleges need — offer letter, weekly progress reports, and a detailed completion certificate. For MoU colleges, this process is already streamlined with your college coordinator.
